The suite itself covers 60 m² and has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate both couples and small families. It features a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, a separate living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, premium toiletries, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. A private hot tub is included, allowing guests to unwind in total seclusion while taking in breathtaking sea and landmark views. Amenities include air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, soundproofing, a private entrance, and conveniences such as a coffee machine, tea-making facilities, refrigerator, dining area, and wardrobe.



Guests of the Nikopolis Suite also have access to the shared facilities of the complex, including the main swimming pool for adults and children, the pool bar serving refreshments and light dishes, a fitness area, wellness options, and a playroom. Private parking is complimentary, and those wishing to explore the island without a car will find a bus stop just one kilometre away. The location is ideal, only a short walk to the Venetian castle in the centre of Akrotiri village and close to the island’s unique Red Beach, the lighthouse, and the prehistoric settlement regarded as one of the Aegean’s most significant archaeological sites. Fira, the island’s capital, is twelve kilometres away, while Santorini International Airport is thirteen kilometres and Athinios Port ten kilometres.
