About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the first floor, faces south (toward the sun), offers a direct view of the children’s playground, and can accommodate 4 people.
Your pet is also welcome. (max. 1 dog)
The two bedrooms are located in the quiet, rear area of Vikingpark with a direct view of Lake “de Kreek.”
Bedroom 1: Features a French double bed (2x 80×200), a large built-in wardrobe, and a TV with a DVD player.
Bedroom 2: Features a special bunk bed for adults and/or children.
Upper bed (90×200)
Lower bed (140×200)
The two wardrobes also offer plenty of space for your luggage.
Note: All beds in the apartment are equipped with single-size comforters. You should bring your own bed linens or rent them from us.
Bathroom:
New bathroom with walk-in shower, including rain shower function.
Amenities: Hair dryer, vanity cabinet, mirror cabinet, and a washing machine.
Note: You should bring your own towels or rent them from us.
Hallway:
Shoe cabinet with mirror, coat rack, and a cabinet with household and beach supplies.
Living Area:
The bright, attractive living area combines the living/dining room with the open kitchen. It features a flat-screen TV, a seating area for 4 people, a Blu-ray/DVD player, an USB/Bluetooth radio, and a Nintendo Wii with games.
Kitchen:
The new kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker.
Note: You should bring your own kitchen towels or rent them from us.
Balcony:
The balcony faces south with a direct view of the playground and enjoys sun almost all day long. There are 4 adjustable chairs (with cushions) around a round table, a wide electric awning, and a clothes rack.
You’ll also find an electric grill in the apartment.
General Information:
W-LAN and a parking space assigned to the apartment are also available to you free of charge.
If you’d rather not take advantage of the beach, which is about 250 meters away, the complex’s two heated outdoor swimming pools (a children’s/baby pool and a swimmers’ pool) are available to you free of charge from May through September. An additional playground and a tennis court (for a fee) round out the amenities.
A supermarket is about a 100-meter walk and is open during the season.
