This stylish residence features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant dining space ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day in the city. Step outside to your private patio, complete with a grill and lounge area, perfect for alfresco meals and quiet mornings with coffee. Thoughtfully curated furnishings, natural textures, and warm lighting create a sense of calm throughout. Nestled in one of Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods, you’ll enjoy easy access to local cafés, boutiques, and waterfront parks while returning home to a peaceful, private haven. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, The Alderman offers a sophisticated stay that captures the essence of modern Brooklyn living.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Brooklyn’s Red Hook neighborhood, Alderman Terrace offers the perfect blend of charm, creativity, and calm. Once a historic port district, Red Hook has transformed into one of Brooklyn’s most distinctive enclaves—where cobblestone streets meet modern design studios, art galleries, and waterfront views.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
This property only allows a 12-month term minimum. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
