The perfect place to share with multi-generational family and friends, The Pilchard in Wells-next-the-Sea is a spacious modern property with private parking, lovely views and a well stocked kitchen, all within easy walking distance to the town and beach. Entering through the hallway you will find the the open-plan kitchen / dining area on the ground floor, flooded with natural light having two sets of doors to the front and window to the rear. The enclosed rear deck has views out to the salt marshes beyond, and makes a restful spot to enjoy a drink and chat or a good book. There is also a bathroom on this floor, perfect when returning from the beach. The large and spacious sitting room on the first floor has bi-fold doors with Juliette balcony looking across Mainsail Yard towards the harbour. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom and shower room. On the top floor are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, all stylishly furnished and well looked after. With private parking, this pet-free property is a popular choice for many families who love coming to Wells at any time of year.
Within easy reach of the town and the beach, you can park up at The Pilchard and leave your car all week, especially making use of the reliable regular bus service that runs right along the coast road from outside your door.
