About this cabin rental
Your northland adventure awaits at this unique cabin in the heart of Minnesota's Arrowhead country. About 15 min. north of Virginia, this 1900 sq. ft., 3+ bedroom home is conveniently located among the quiet wooded lake communities of Britt. Just a short jaunt to several area lakes, ATV/Snowmobile Trails, and hiking/biking destinations. And while not a lakefront cabin, it comes with dock access on nearby Sand Lake and optional boat /watercraft rentals - lake fun without lakefront prices!
This cabin boasts classic rustic charm on the outside with a fully renovated interior complete with modern amenities. Enjoy a fully-stocked, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas range; and comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV.
The main floor holds two bedrooms (a King and a Queen) and the full bathroom. The cabin has a brand new drilled well and septic system (installed 2025) so water reliability is not an issue. This property also includes on-site laundry.
The upstairs includes a reading nook and the third bedroom with a bunkbed (twin over full), This room also includes a flatscreen TV with DVD and vintage VHS player for the 90's nostalgia (many classic VHS tapes on hand). The upstairs also has a small office with a futon for an added sleeping space.
This cabin is walking distance to a desirable trout-fishing lake (Jammer Lake - Trout stamp required), and Sand Lake - a beautiful 800 acre lake with abundant fishing. The area also provides several opportunities for duck hunting, grouse hunting, and deer hunting, along with convenient access to the ATV/Snowmobile trail network. Additionally, the lot itself provides pull-through parking with ample room for trailers and/or campers.
