Difficulties between host and bookings trying to work out how the arrival works. If I had been informed at the beginning that I would receive key fob nbr on the day I would have been happy! Caravan was described as pet friendly but there was no secure outdoor space and no gate on decking. No outdoor seating. 1 teatowel that also had to be used as oven glove. Toilet system broken, had to keep opening lid to aid fill up.No fan so van like an oven, dogs not happy as they couldn't go out safely. Decking could be bigger or flags cleaned and advise people to bring own deck chairs.
