About this house rental

Welcome to this comfortable guesthouse in Duluth. This peaceful property features a cozy living room with a futon for extra sleeping space, outdoor fire pit and grill, well-lit open floor plan and full kitchen and bathroom. You have control of your own heating keeping you comfortable year-round. This property is a newly remodeled 400sq ft. guesthouse located in a larger garage house where covered and heated parking is available to guests upon request for upgrade cost. Whether you are here to explore what Duluth has to offer, visit friends and family, or have a staycation, this brilliant guesthouse is the perfect temporary home. You'll feel right at ease and able to relax and enjoy this peaceful country space on a dead-end road with no noise and light pollution among nature, only 12 minutes away from town.
