Just a short drive away, you can stroll through the lively streets of Tilburg, tee off at the scenic 18-hole golf course on Landgoed Utrecht in Esbeek, or let your imagination run wild at the enchanting Efteling theme park. The surrounding woodlands invite you to explore, whether you choose a leisurely bike ride, a morning walk among the trees, or simply unwinding in nature’s calm.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by soft light streaming through large windows, filling the spacious living room with a serene, cheerful glow. The elegant open-plan kitchen, complete with a cooking island, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher makes home-cooked meals a joy. Whether you prefer the aroma of a fresh brew from the Senseo machine or a classic filter coffee, every morning here feels like a gentle start to the day.

On the ground floor, two inviting bedrooms and a modern bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub promise peaceful rest after a day outdoors. Upstairs, a private bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom offers a quiet retreat of comfort and calm. There’s also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Step out onto the spacious terrace, where comfortable seating overlooks a tranquil pond, the perfect spot for long breakfasts, sunset drinks, or stargazing in the evening stillness.
