The independent kitchen, renovated in 2025, is perfectly equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils for cooking.
The residence offers practical amenities such as WiFi, an iron, and a television. Central heating guarantees optimal comfort, even during cool mountain evenings. A balcony offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, allowing you to fully enjoy the alpine landscape on the north side. A second balcony, on the south side, is also available.
As for conveniences, an outdoor private parking space is available. Parking spaces are not reserved but most of the time, they are sufficient.
