This fully furnished 2,300 sq ft home is in the serene Tamora residential area of Merida, Yucatán in beautiful Mexico.
Located within a gated community with 24-hour security this property features:
- 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to five people)
- 3.5 bathrooms
- A separate office with high-speed internet, equipped with 2 desks and 2 office chairs (reliable fibre optic internet is available throughout entire property)
- Your own laundry area includes a large washing machine
- Attached and covered driveway for 2 small vehicles
An additional bedroom with ensuite is available, sleeping up to 3 EXTRA people (for a total of 8 guests), upon request.
Relax and unwind in the private backyard equipped with your own private pool, outdoor bar, lounge chairs as well as a hammock.
The open concept kitchen is outfitted with new appliances, ready for your culinary creations or take advantage of the local catering services and/or grocery delivery services, delivered right to your doorstep.
Each room includes individual air-conditioning units for personalized temperature and humidity control, as well as ceiling fans.
The gated community gives you access to a large, shared swimming pool, a pool for children with a slide, as well as playgrounds, padel court, indoor gym, party room and game room with billiards and a tv.
Downtown Merida is only a 30min drive (about $15CAD uber ride to the historical centre of Merida) and Costco, Walmart and Home Depot are only a 20min drive away.
A variety of restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations are available nearby (starting at a 5min drive or 10min bike ride).
Enjoy the waterfront: the Gulf of Mexico is only about a 25min drive.
