We will require copies of passports (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance 🕒 to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and the latest check-in time is 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!
★ Access Cards and Keys ★
Your access cards and keys are your ticket to a seamless stay 🔑. You’ll find them inside the apartment 🏠, and feel free to reach out if you need any assistance 📞. Please note that a fee of AED 500 will be charged if you lose your access card or parking card/sticker 🚗.

Before your check-in, we’ve gone the extra mile to ensure your space is spotless and welcoming 🧼.

In the master bedroom, you’ll find:
