Enjoy luxury touches throughout with its chef inspired kitchen, central AC, luxury organic essentials, WIFI, private lanai, and much more. This unit can accommodate 4 people. From your shaded lanai you'll enjoy a peek of the ocean, sunset vibes, & lush mountain slopes. This resort is situated beachfront with 5 pools, lazy rivers, cabanas, Dukes Restaurant, fitness center, on site convenient store, spa, & more.

Common Area: Open floor plan with queen sofa sleeper (with linens), Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, split A/C, dining table with chairs, and in-unit washer/dryer.
Lanai: Shaded and breezy lanai with bistro table and chairs — peek ocean view, lush mountains, and tropical gardens.
Beach gear included: chairs, umbrella, and cooler (no snorkel gear).

Resort Fee: $40/day + tax, paid directly to the resort(includes self parking)
Damage Insurance Fee: $75 covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage — accidents happen, we have you covered

Hotel Zoned: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.
Construction Notice:
The resort’s A/C replacement project is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
If your selected dates are available, your unit will have working central A/C.
Guests may hear intermittent weekday noise from nearby units (8 AM–5 PM). No weekend work is planned unless delays occur.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko, they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you experience more than normal pest activity, we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
CLIMATE: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Everything was great! We loved this condo! The bed was comfortable and big and the pullout couch was perfect for our 2 boys. The beach was so close and having Dukes on the property was so convenient. The pools and hot tub were great for the kids. Check in was easy and smooth and the condo had everything we needed. We had an issue getting WiFi but the host was super responsive and fixed it quickly. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were so convenient and we used them each day! The lanai was the best to sit out every morning and eat our breakfast in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!
