The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this 20 m² air-conditioned studio apartment with shared pool for rent in Aix-les-Bains, which can accommodate up to 2 people and a baby. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room with fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) open from 15 May to 15 September, secure with changing room and WC.
The studio is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (located 500 m away, on Boulevard de la Roche du Roi).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix-les-Bains, about 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, approx. 75 km away
