Cocoonr offers you this charming 80 m² house in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne to rent for up to 6 people. Situated in a quiet hamlet, the house is just 250 m from the Dordogne, making it an ideal location for fishing enthusiasts. In summer, it is the perfect retreat for a family looking to recharge their batteries in the countryside while remaining close to a variety of tourist attractions. It has several living rooms, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Garden level
- A 30 m² living room with a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and gas hob
On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with armchairs and double sofa bed
- A shower room
- A utility room with WC and washing machine
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: three single beds (90x200), two of which can form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 100 m².
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Just 10 minutes from Beaulieu sur Dordogne, you'll be at the gateway to the Lot and Corrèze regions. Numerous sites less than an hour away:
- typical villages such as Carennac, Autoire, Aubazine, Martel, Collonges la Rouge
- the Gouffre de Padirac and Rocamadour.
- In Corrèze, Brive and Tulle are 50 minutes away, Argentat 25 minutes.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
