This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests and sits on 2 private acres in a peaceful mountaintop setting. Recently redecorated with beautiful upscale furnishings, the home combines the comfort of a well-appointed house with the scenery and serenity of a mountain escape.
THE HOME
The Main House gives your group plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.
One of the home's biggest advantages is its main-level layout with no stairs. The primary living areas and bedrooms are conveniently located on one level, making the home especially comfortable for families and guests who prefer easy, one-level access.
The spacious great room provides a comfortable gathering place for everyone. Relax together, enjoy a movie, play games, or simply sit back and take in the views through the windows.
The home has been furnished and decorated to feel inviting, comfortable, and a little special. You'll find upscale furniture, thoughtful décor, comfortable sleeping spaces, and the conveniences you expect in a home away from home
The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner easy, with plenty of room to prepare meals and gather around the table.
And, of course, there's the coffee.
Start your morning slowly with a cup of coffee while watching the mountains and wildlife outside. You may find that you don't feel much need to hurry anywhere.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Main House comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The layout works beautifully for families, multi-generational trips, couples traveling together, or friends looking for a comfortable home base while exploring southern New Mexico.
Because the main living area and bedrooms are on the main level, guests can enjoy the home without having to navigate stairs throughout their stay. Only the 4th bedroom is downstairs with two queen beds.
THE VIEWS ARE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
You don't have to drive somewhere to see the scenery.
The mountain views are right outside the house.
Throughout the day, the landscape changes with the light—from peaceful morning views to brilliant afternoon skies and spectacular sunsets. Pull up a chair, pour yourself a drink, and enjoy the show.
And don't be surprised if you spend more time outside than you planned.
WILDLIFE & HUMMINGBIRDS
One of the truly special things about staying here is the wildlife.
The property attracts an amazing variety of birds and other mountain wildlife, and during hummingbird season, hundreds of hummingbirds can visit the property in a single day.
It's a wonderful experience to sit outside and watch them dart from feeder to feeder.
We provide hummingbird food for our guests, and you're welcome to help keep the feeders filled during your stay.
It's one of those simple experiences that you may remember long after your vacation is over.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoors is an extension of the home.
Enjoy a meal cooked on the Bighorn infrared grill, or the fajita grill, gather around the fire pit, or simply find a quiet place to sit and enjoy the mountain air.
Evenings are especially beautiful here. As the sun disappears and the temperature cools, gather around the fire, look out over the lights below, and enjoy the peacefulness of being away from the hustle and bustle.
Then look up.
The night sky is spectacular.

If you're thinking about staying here... the answer is YES!!! Look no further! % absolutely EXCEEDED our expectations. We came for a wedding and we didn't want to leave to attend (of course we did) BUT it is so relaxing, comfortable, genuine, and peaceful that you won't want to leave!! Everything is so thoughtful and you feel like Judy genuinely cares for you!! In this day and age that speaks volumes. From the beautifully decorated home, to just ABOUT ANY/EVERY amenity you can think of, this place is next level. You cannot find this in a hotel ( my opinion ). The home itself is immaculate, large rooms, sparkling clean, decks with amazing views, televisions in every room, and a wonderfully set up hummingbird sanctuary... I promise it will NOT disappoint. Judy and John have thought of everything. My grown kids especially appreciated the cookies she left, and in case YOU forgot something (toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo etc) it is ALL there. The home is "fully loaded" and my husband particularly appreciated the various varieties of coffee and plenty of ice cold water ! Everything is modern and we enjoyed cooking out on the spectacular grill provided. I do suggest you come in on 82* it's much quicker getting to the house, and no worries there is plenty of parking and a garage. I just cannot say enough about this wonderful home. My husband is a disabled Marine veteran and he said "this is the first time I have felt truly relaxed and at peace in a very long time"

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts have put incredible thought and care into this home.The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking—the kind of scenery you usually only see on postcards. The home itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and felt both luxurious and comfortable.A few things that really stood out:The Hosts: They were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.Navigation: Finding the property was a breeze; the directions provided were spot on, which we greatly appreciated given the mountain location.The Extras: We were constantly surprised by the "little things." The hosts went above and beyond with extra amenities and thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome.If you are looking for a beautiful getaway with hosts who genuinely care about your experience, look no further. Magnificent property. Amazing views, luxuriously furnished and decorated, friendly, accommodating hosts who go above and beyond in providing many thoughtful and helpful amenities. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.

This property was immaculate. Every detail was designed to make the user feel exactly like they were at home. The well equipped kitchen had every convenience including an air fryer, spices, even down to toothpicks. Would encourage all visitors to the area to stay here for a relaxing stay with upscale conveniences and a beautiful view.
