🚗 Parking Policy



Free parking is available for one vehicle (valet service included) on-site. Additional vehicles may park nearby, subject to availability.

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage and will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with building regulations.



Restricted vehicles include:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, unsafe or improvised controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles for 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6’8”.

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, external lockers, or storage attachments that hinder maneuvering.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or large custom rims/tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-like controls.



🐾 Pet Policy



Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:

• $25/night for stays of 1–4 nights

• $200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

• $300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights



Please request approval before booking to avoid any issues.



🛠 Maintenance Notice



Please note that the property owner/host is not responsible for building-related maintenance or repairs during your stay. This includes issues involving shared facilities such as elevators, parking systems, or common areas, which are managed by the building administration.



Additionally, any issues occurring outside the building premises are beyond the host’s control. However, we’ll gladly assist in coordinating or reporting such concerns whenever possible.

For safety and compliance, guest verification is required prior to arrival. All guests must:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

• Verify contact information

• Complete a secure online verification process

• Undergo a background check if requested



This information is used solely for verification and will never be shared beyond that purpose.



By booking, you agree to:

• Follow all rental policies

• Submit a valid ID before check-in

• Complete verification within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations)

• Sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the reservation.

• A noise monitoring device is installed inside the unit (monitors sound levels only, not conversations).
