Light sleepers may prefer earplugs or white noise.

The studios in this building are ground-floor and face north next to an industrial building by the freeway. Highway noise and other urban sounds can be audible at times.

Do not park or unload in the front street spaces on weekdays from 7 AM to 6 PM; these are reserved for businesses.

Had to go through a stupid third party site called "StayPortland". I'm not interested in sharing my drivers license with them. I will be avoiding properties that require use of Stay Portland in the future.
