The Cocoonr Agency offers this charming house for rent in Le Diamant, located less than a kilometer from the beach, with a wooded garden and private pool. With a surface area of 100 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pleasant 50 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and three bathrooms with showers. You can enjoy the outdoor area around the pool for relaxing moments with friends and family. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included: we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV and sofa
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2: with a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 3m x 6m swimming pool (private, unheated), open all year round, secured with an alarm
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (dining area + deckchairs by the pool)
The house is ideally located in Le Diamant, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transportation, Aimé Césaire Airport is located about 25 minutes away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the property in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
