This is very conveniently located in Tampa. You can get to 275 very quickly and this neighborhood is very beautiful! Great for evening walks! Rooms are big and there's plenty of seating in the living room for everyone. Kitchen is very big, too! The sunlight is perfect and backyard is quiet and private. At this time, the pool is not enclosed, so be aware if you visit during the oak pollen season that there will be some debris but it's not too bad and the shady trees make the pool relaxing and cool! This is a great spot to relax in the evening after Tampa adventures during the day. We felt welcomed and relaxed!

Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean property, plenty of living space, comfortable beds, perfect for our week at the FC Lectures. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was clean but the air conditioning did not work the entire visit. Sonia was responsive and got a portable AC but they did not cool the entire house. No offer was made to get a partial refund.
