The Main Lodge here at Headwaters Ranch was built in 1898 and features 5 well-appointed bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, large open common areas for gathering, a spacious full kitchen & generous dining spaces, as well as expansive porches overlooking the surrounding hills — perfect for quiet mornings or meaningful conversations. We also offer a hot tub for those relaxing soaks under the stars, as well as access to our private tennis/pickleball courts located near the main gate entrance.

In addition to the main lodge and included with your stay is access to a connected apartment. This space has 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen & dining area, living space, and laundry access perfect for accommodating large groups that rent the main lodge. With this additional space the guest counts our lodging provides is 14.

For an additional charge to renting the 1898 main lodge/apartment, Headwaters has an adjacent ranch home available upon request at the time of booking. This home features 4 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen & small dining area, along with a living area for gathering and relaxing. This home also gives access to a somewhat outdoor laundry room. When renting this home along with the main lodge/apartment, Headwaters can accommodate up to 24 guests.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking, a liability waiver & ranch rules after booking.

By booking here at Headwaters and entering the property, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with outdoor and rural property activities, including uneven terrain, wildlife, and natural features.

The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. By proceeding with this reservation, guests agree to release and hold harmless the property owners, management, and employees from any claims, damages, or liability arising from use of the property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the owner.
