I must start this off by saying all was not in order when I checked in. It was not clean and not properly fitted with supplies, toilet paper, pots, pans, paper towels, etc, From what i understand that particular housekeeper was let go. However, after excellent communication and support from the property manager (Rachel), everything was quickly taken care of and the house was in good order, from doing a complete cleaning inside and outside to providing me with a refund of my cleaning fee and allowing me to stay an extra 2 days. All the staff I came into contact with were very polite and helpful. There were some other minor hiccups but again they were taken care of immediately. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.
