Wi-Fi/Cable/ Central AC/Heated Pool/ multi community activities/ Horse Shoes/ Tennis Courts/ Bocce Ball/ BBQ area. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier/ Ron Jon Surf shop/ mini golf and local restaurants. About an hour direct drive to Orlando Airport, Disney & all the local attractions. Minutes to Port Canaveral/ Cruise terminals and the Space Ctr. Best of all, steps from a Private Beach.
This is a 14 night minimum condo due to the HOA rules. Long term stays of 1 month or more may be available at a discounted rate at certain times of the year. Please contact us to ask, if you are looking for a long term stay,

*Check out time is 11AM/Check in 4PM
*Due to condo association rules, there is no overnight parking of: Motorcycles/Boats/Trailers/Motorhomes/RVs/Commercial Vehicles/Golf Carts
*1 parking pass will be provided. There will be a $25 replacement fee if the pass is lost, broken, or not left after check out. If you require a second pass, you can purchase one from the condo association for $25.
*Two blue beach, pool, and tennis court area keys will be provided. If one or both are lost or broken, there will a $100 replacement fee per key.
*This is a beach front condo complex. Our condo unit is not directly on the ocean but the complex is and you are just a short walk through the complex to our private beach.
*This is a first floor (ground floor) unit.
