Location was great

Bathroom fixtures dated Furniture not that comfortable Sinks need replaced rusting Shower curtain dirty Shower faucet rusty old looking Loose toilet and very low to ground Dead snails inside Front door needs weather strip added to keep leaves, debris, and wildlife out Needs some remodeling

The location was great.

The villia we had wasnt very clean. When we arrivied the entry way had debri and trash, a frog was hopping around the dinning room, a big bug of some what was crawling on the floor, some of the dishes displayed on the table were dirty. Dishes in the cabinets werent very clean. No cleaning supplies to keep the place clean. Bathroom sink in beroom 1 (downstairs) would over flow unless you stuck your hand in the sink to lift the plug, dryer in unit needs work( takes several cycles befor clothes are dry) closet door in hallway off hinges( know this because we open the door to see what was in the closet and door fail and hit one of us in the head. ( no injuries) a sour smell coming from supple closet, poor circulation in rooms 1, and upstairs master bedroom.Downstair bathroom plug was very safe, day 4 of our stay tried to plug in charger and the plug sparked.
