Vicinity to beach and views. Nicely refurbished and clean. Some good facilities - coffee machine and crockery.
The noise from the town was significant specially heard in the back bedroom. Was difficult for our son to sleep. No saucepans - so could not boil an egg and a toaster would have been great! The lack of response to our question re cameras in living room was unfortunate because it meant we did not know whether they were on for almost the whole week.
