The apartment was very confortable, clean and well equipped, the support team was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could have more accessories as a shower caddy to storage your personal items and some additional hooks to hung the towels.

Me encantó todo: la limpieza, el estilo, la comodidad, la calidad de muebles y todo lo que hay en el departamento. El personal es amable, muy completas las zonas compartidas de gym y alberca. El gym está super. Hay lugares para comida, cafés, etc. cerca y muy seguro de andar a pie para una mujer. La plaza downtown está muy cerca. Todo me encantó. Muy recomendado.

I like the central location of the property. The OXXO downstairs was convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Seems like a pretty safe neighborhood.

The bathroom had a foul sewer smell, which you get used to after a while, but that should be fixed for future guests. The biggest thing was that I thought this was a hotel. It is not. These are apartments where people live, and the vacant rooms they rent out like AirBnb. This means no fresh towels, cleanup of the room, fresh sheets, or water refills. Little to no amenities. I guess my fault, should've looked into it further, but since this was in the listings alongside all the hotels, I had assumed it was a hotel as well. This may be more on booking.com than the actual property itself. As someone on a quick vacation, I would not come back to this property.
