Casa Vacanze Empedocle

L’appartamento é molto accogliente e luminoso, l’arredamento piacevole ed essenziale. Abbiamo apprezzato gli ambienti spaziosi, il bagno grande con una bella doccia, il letto comodissimo, la cucina ben attrezzata. L’aria condizionata funziona benissimo, così come il wi-fi. La posizione é strategica per chi vuole girare Catania o spostarsi fuori città, come abbiamo fatto noi. Nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento ci sono diversi parcheggi custoditi a buon prezzo. Il proprietario é sempre stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha più volte offerto la colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze, dopo una settimana ci ha proposto cambio di biancheria ed asciugamani ed é stato pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza. Abbiamo avuto un problema idraulico che ha saputo risolvere nel giro di qualche ora nonostante fosse weekend. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sentiti quasi come a casa!

L’appartamento é molto luminoso anche per via della porta di ingresso a vetri. L’unico difetto forse é che non essendoci tende o scuri alle finestre e alla porta stessa, la mattina presto il sole illumina subito la casa. Ci siamo un po’ ingegnati utilizzando un telo a mo’ di tenda per la porta scorrevole della camera, ed ha funzionato. Per il resto tutto ottimo!

Fajna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko stacji metra, co ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. Apartament był czysty, schludny i estetycznie urządzony.

Wieczorami w sypialni było słychać niepokojące odgłosy drapania dochodzące ze ściany. Dodatkowo drzwi wejściowe wpuszczały wieczorami dużo światła z zewnątrz.

I liked the interior design and that you have many facilities. The location is good being close to the metro and a few minutes walk to the supermarket.

As you enter, you are hit by a bad smell of mold and is a lot of humidity inside. I found a lot of durty cups in the kitchen and dust. They have a very big problem with the current. If you turn on more than two lights in a room and want to cook something this would lead to a power outage. We didn't get much rest at night. The pillows were very firm and the light outside kept us awake. They don't have opaque doors or curtains to block outside light. There is a lot of noise at night because of the rats scratching the walls. I also found many small flying bugs at night in the room. I don't recommend staying here.
