Lovely stay, great lodge well equipped and nicely decorated.
Nothing really to dislike, only issue was that it was extremely warm when we stayed, the lodge keeps the heat in, especially upstairs making it difficult to sleep. There was only 1 fan provided but we did stay during a heatwave.

Really peaceful
The WiFi was slow, so couldn’t do any work, but to be expected in a rural area

Spacious accomodation. Very quiet rural location. Animals around (horses, chicken, geese, dogs....). Easily walkable into Bishops Waltham along 'hidden' footpath (to get fish & chips to have back at the ranch with a bottle of chilled sauvignon blanc).
Whilst some minor things could do with improvement (e.g. shaving mirror that can use AT the basin, small shelf in the shower unit, less squidgy mattreses) , overall everything was workable.
