Fiorancino is a two bedroom apartment in a holiday home with pool in Fucecchio, Tuscany. La Scuola di Furio features: a large park with hammocks, children’s play area with games, slide and football pitch, swimming pool with Roman steps and child security fence, barbecue, washing machine, parking.
Fucecchio is in an area that is central if you wish to visit many of the cities Tuscany is world famous for, but it is little known, so it is ideal to be a “local”, not a tourist!
Apartment Fiorancino at La Scuola di Furio is an ideal solution for 2 couples of friends travelling together. Its two double bedrooms are comfortable and full of light. Fiorancino is a self catering apartment with air conditioned, on the first floor. There is an external door shared with another apartment, while Fiorancino has its own front door.
The entrance is directly into the dining room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator). A passage leads to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a wonderful view.
Summer is a great time to relax and enjoy the company of a good book! You can relax and enjoy reading while sipping a glass of red Chianti wine sitting in the garden, under the cork tree. Not to mention alfresco dining!
There is a large communal 'barbecue house' in the park for your home cooked delicious Fiorentina steaks (ask us about the best butcher shop in town).

Perfectly maintained and really beautiful premises in a small Torre village near Fucecchio. Easy to get from Pisa and really a lot to see in a close proximity. Suitable for everybody from couples to families. Houses/Aprtments really clean and well maintained. Good level of kitchen appliances if you want to cook by yourselves, we did not as there were a lot of small nice restaurants close by, one of the best just 800m from LaScuola.
The pool area really nice, do not rent an apartment without pool if you have kids! The property land area allows you to have 1 km morning jog easily, I measured it with my Polar M400 GPS sports watch. Very helpful and flexible owner, Tiziana helps you wherever you may need help. LaScuola made our holiday in Tuscany perfect, we all miss it now! Warmest recommendations from us, family of four from Finland.
