We had such a good time in Purgatory at this amazing cabin. It is just a easy, short drive down the hill to the resort in the opposite direction of traffic. The cabin layout works for several families. It is spacious with cozy places to hang out. We didn't have a chance to use the Purgatory Resort shuttle from the clubhouse, but how convenient it is. The views from the home are spectacular in all directions. There are so many windows. Waking up to the mountains surrounding the property was amazing. The cabin is super comfortable with really nice rooms, and comfortable beds. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with plenty of room to share. This was our second stay at the cabin. We stayed in June with 3 families, and had a blast. There is hiking, fishing, and mountain biking right outside the door. It would be an easy ride to the mountain bike park in the summer. Silverton is close, and the Million-Dollar Highway drive to Ouray is definitely one to do. The clubhouse has a nice indoor pool, gigantic hot tub, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. There are games for the kids at the cabin, and at the clubhouse. Everyone was happy here. We can't wait to go back this summer.

This place was everything we wanted: close to the ski area (1.7) and even closer via the jeep trail path behind the house, spacious and unbelievable views from the windows. Mountains in every direction. We used the games in the garage, the hot tubs in the club house, the kitchen, the big tv. The kids did other stuff at the clubhouse too. I would highly recommend this place.

This place has it all! The view of the mountains from the comfy fireside chairs is unbeatable, you must have you coffee there each morning. We had three families and we all had plenty of room to enjoy each others company and then sleep in in the extra dark bedrooms which felt like pure luxury. The hikes right out the door were both breathtaking. The clubhouse felt like a spa but more fun. Honestly we might have skipped the hot springs had we known how great the clubhouse is to relax and play in. Stay here, it’s perfect!
