Screened-in porch: great inside+outside place to hangout.
Streaming TV: access to all streaming platforms
Location: very close to Pleasant Ridge, various parks and eateries, and downtown accessible.
Easy handoff from host to know how to enter/exit, lock up, clean up, etc.
Beds: 2 of the 4 beds sank to an uncomfortable level. Very sore backs by the time we checked out
Primary shower: once you figure out the hot/cold water, the tub was already filled up to your ankles because the shower drain was clogged (drained very slowly)
General cleanliness: It didn't seem like the previous cleaners paid attention to detail. Empty beer cans on the porch, some friendly spiders and roaches.
Light switches: Rooms had lamps (some of which didn't work), and light switches (most of which didn't work).
