It’s a new apartment, very clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need. A nice kitchen , sofa, Netflix, comfortable bed and a good toilet. Clean and nice. Warm staff to welcome. Located right opposite beach and good places to eat around.

We had a very pleasant stay, the apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a short holiday. The location is very convenient as well as it is very close to the train station and 5 mins by taxi to the old city. I recommend it

We have had so many mediocre experiences lately with hotels. But the concept is amazing. Everything was so nice and clean. The Ocean View was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great assortment of Moroccan delicacies. And they have Netflix!!!!

Location. One block from beach . Coffee /tea maker, refrigerator, oven , laundry air freshener, cookware, utensils.
Security guard and cameras noted.
Parking garage under building.
Person awaiting our call pleasant to deal with.
Exterior and interior elevator and hallways look dirty and unpainted.Patio opens up to clothes hanging from balconies and paint peeling from exterior walls. Elevator and hallway dirty and not freshly painted. If this building is under renovation it should be noted in description.
Hard to find location and parking garage and no one to meet us to hand over key.
