The host met me and showed me to the room. Very kind gentleman - one of the best recommendations for the apartment. The apartment itself has everything you need. The bed was comfortable with reasonable sheets. I did not use the living room much or the TV at all. The balconies are okay. The apartment is located right in the center and the balconies do not have a view of either the ocean or the mountains. Price was reasonable for the value - not exceptional, not problematic. Shower was normal for this part of the world, though the showerhead was typically low. You need to hold it to shower.

Even with windows closed, you could hear some street noise, so "quiet" will depend on your neighbors.
