Location was brilliant. Layout was really nice and the view was amazing.
It just needs a really good clean, and the hallway landing area is very poorly maintained, dirty and no lighting. THIS has no impact on the apartment itself as the apartment was really nice.

once we got up to the flat it was great - nice & bright & reasonably well maintained
it suited us location wise and was a good size for 3 adults
the flat has very steep stairs with no handrail up to the first floor - there was no lighting in the hallway and we had to use the torches on our phones. also the stairs are filthy.
the main entrance door key is very stiff & to get out of the flat you had to use the key to unlock it
there are knives & spoons in the flat but no forks????
the shower leaks and we had to use spare towels to mop up each day
