Bit hard getting keys out of key box but we managed. House was fine in general, pretty clean, okay kitchen.
House was a freezing point when we arrived, and we spent the first 30 hours just trying to get the heat up to tolerable.
Novasol wanted us to drive 70 minutes to pick up towels, and 70 minutes to drop them off again. That's effing insane. They should not even offer a service when it's like this.
Not recommend, really poor service. Will try never to use Novasol again.
