I liked the cleanliness, good bed, wardrobe and space for my jackets, stable Internet connection, the opportunity of self check-in and check-out. The district looked safe for me. You can buy food in the mini market Zabka which is in the same building even in the late evening or early morning.

This is a new building so the elevator was looking like it's still not ready. Also, other people were making repairs so it was noisy sometimes. When you are near the door you can hear the neighbors conversation. The view from the windows is on the inner yard so you can see what the neighbors are doing (and otherwise). I couldn't open the door to the balcony (the owner said it was fixed the day before but it didn't work), and I couldn't use the terrace on the roof (it was closed, and I didn't have a key). There was no drinking water so I needed to go to the supermarket in the late evening when I checked-in. The owner said I can use the tap water but when I made tea with the tap water there was a lot of sediment on the cup (they don't have water filters in the apartment) so I needed to buy water for coffee and tea. The instructions for self check-in were not clear for me. In general, the place is ok but needs some adds on.

The apartment is visually pleasing.

The drain in the bathroom did not drain properly. The water from the shower splashed on the floor and ran into the kitchen, damaging the door frame. The bed did not fit my back and caused pain. I couldn't sleep because there was only one blanket and a pillow in the apartment and nothing to improve my uncomfortable position. None of the radiators in the apartment got heat. There is a missing threshold under the front door of the apartment, because of which all the noise was heard loudly from the corridor. The threshold strip has been installed as new, but was removed for some inexplicable reason. As much as I would have liked to give the apartment a good review, it has far too many flaws.
