Owner was always on hand, very friendly and made sure I could call for any assistance. I arrived 4 hours earlier then check in and he allowed me to leave my bags and get changed in the bathroom as I needed to be back out before check in time He was extremely polite, friendly and rang housekeeping to inform them and also when I rang him back with another request for assistance he couldn’t have being anymore helpful. Would 100% recommend and after speaking to another guest in the shared lounge he said exactly the same thing.
Extremely clean and my room had a shared bathroom but everything was safe, secure and extremely clean and modern. The whole house shared facilities are clean and there is even a modern outdoor area.
Overall possibly the best pound for pound accommodation with attention to detail n making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Will definitely be back for any future Wembley events.

It was so good and I can’t fault it, but l really love the decoration of modern green walls and the bathroom is also beautiful

The location, very near to Wembley Park. Very clean and spacious room. Modern decor. Host was accommodating and helpful. Checked to see everything was okay. Price was reasonable aswell.
Nothing, all great. Would recommend to others and will stay again next time I’m in Wembley.

This is a budget option. The accommodation was clean and reasonably well presented. The kitchen was well stocked, with plates, cutlery, toaster, stove, etc. There were pots for cooking and a fridge. The bathrooms worked OK and the TV worked. My room was clean, with a comfy bed. There were drawers for my things, but no seat and nowhere to hang clothes.
It was lovely and warm, with warm water all the time.
There were lots of local shops. Parking was easy and free.
The owner kept in contact with me and was keen to help out on anything that I wanted to improve my stay.
The house is having building works on the front and around the back. This meant it looked a bit untidy and the back garden could not be used. There was plaster spattered on the windows and tools in the garden. I think it will be nice once it is done.
It was hard to use the front door lock as it took some attempts to get it open. The door keys are in locked key holders around the side and in the dark, it was hard to see the key codes without the torch from my phone.
