Na plus: klimatyzacja, lokalizacja niedaleko centrum i dworca, nowy budynek, cisza, szczelne okna, dostępne kawa, herbata i inne produkty, jak również słodycze i woda na powitanie.
Na minus: w newralgicznych miejscach czysto, ale na zapleczu już nie (np. kurz w szafkach); brak zasłonki lub rolety w oknie balkonowym, w drugim oknie zasłonka za wąska i zbyt przezroczysta (rano dociera słońce), dwa z czterech palników kuchenki nie działało, kanapa w niezbyt dobrej kondycji i niewygodna, jeśli ktoś będzie musiał na niej również spać.

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie . Lokalizacja bardzo dobra . Nowy budynek , bardzo elegancki . Mieszkanie ładne zadbane . W mieszkaniu dostępnych bardzo dużo rzeczy tj. mikrofala , piekarnik , lodówka , suszarka do włosów a nawet pralka (lecz raczej nie w stanie do użytku 😀 lecz to nie problem przy krótkim pobycie). Dostęp do naczyń jak i sztućców
Trochę słabe WiFi przez co bardzo się przycinał TV
