The place was clean, the room was ok as per the money you spend .
A lot of information shared on booking.com was not accurate, the photos of the room and the real one were completely different, the beds were unclean, especially the pillows had huge dark patches god knows from what, the bathroom was more or less clean but the shower didn't work, you had to use the bucket. You couldn't find the remote for the AC. The drain still had hair left from the previous guests.

1. No cleanliness, wash basin water is directly connected to bathroom floor as shown in the picture
2. The hotel picture is photoshopped, it’s an old building called Sanjeevani residency
3. Bathrooms are not very clean
4. No basic goods like toilet kit or anything
5. No lift
