Very central location in north Carlton. Straight shot into town on the tram or easy 15 min walk 2 min from main lygon st cafes and restaurants. Had a lock up for my bike, laundry across the hallway, full kitchen facilities. Good bathroom and shower pressure. Everything thing for a long stay is there.
It was super hot around 30oC and there was no air con and the windows are only able to be opened a short way so the room would not cool down even at night.

Location, location, location! This lovely apartment is close to all amenities and made getting around incredibly easy. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda, the owner, who was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. A wonderful place to stay—highly recommended!

Warning to people who do not read emails & instructions please note it’s important to read directions carefully for entry as key is to be collected on outside of building & lock box can be confused with other locks. The instructions are clear.

Location great and well stocked with kitchen stuff. Would be great for 1 person staying
Tendency to be noisy at night sometimes, slightly challenging to get into in the first place
Parking was extra 15 a day
Fridge a bit small, not a proper oven
Washing and drying added up after a bit
Bit small for two people unless you are used to a double bed rather than larger one
