Appartamento molto pulito. La posizione molto comoda, parcheggio comodissimo, negozi nelle immediate vicinanza. La signora è stata molto gentile e ha risposto sempre in maniera rapida, trovando una soluzione adatta alle richieste che le abbiamo fatto. L'appartamento, pur piccolino, è provvisto di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo.
Il portone d'ingresso nel palazzo purtroppo è sempre aperto. Nel appartamento c'era un lieve odore di fumo di sigaretta, probabilmente qualche ospite non aveva rispettato il divieto di fumo, dunque sarebbe opportuno inasprire le sanzioni per la trasgressione di tale divieto.
