The location of the property is great, close to the subway and easy to reach anywhere in Tokyo! The apartment was very clean upon arrival and contained all the amenities mentioned in the announcement. We had an issue with the fire alarm, which went off without reason. The host provided guidance on how to solve the problem very late at night, greatly appreciated!

The apartment was on the 4th floor, without an elevator, and it was hard to bring up the luggage. The space was limited (which we knew before).

Keine Abstellfläche für die Koffer, daher etwas eng, wenn sie auf dem Boden liegen. Ebenfalls kein Schrank für den Kofferinhalt. Außerdem außerhalb des Klimaanlagenbetriebs immer eine leichte Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer

天候の影響もあったせいか、エアコンをMAXにしましたが、少し寒いと感じました。

I had a really difficult situation because I lost my room key and my wallet, but the staff handled everything with incredible kindness and professionalism. Even though it was quite late at night, they were easy to reach and responded promptly, which truly helped me feel relieved. The accommodation itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything I needed was fully provided, and the hot water worked perfectly, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely consider staying here again.
