En-Suite Room by Newhaven Harbour

Our host Pawel was brilliant very welcoming and his apartment is clean & bright, and the room he rents is perfect for a long weekend or even a week away, as we stayed for 5 nights, and with a new big double bed, lots of storage for your clothes and cases, and nice ensuite bathroom, its a really pleasant comfy room to stay in. Parking on site of the apartments is FREE and was a huge bonus, and safe in the area too, leaving my car to explore on foot during the day, as u dont want to drive into Edinburgh. He offered us fridge space, and cupboard space for other food items to be stored during our stay, plus the offer to use the rest of the kitchen to cook, or even wash our clothes. There is the harbour near by, where we ate a few evening meals which are priced well, and a park just over the road, which you can follow a nice walking route to the city centre, avoiding major roads, or hire electric bikes and aside from the hill into Edinburgh, its an easy walk, maybe 40+ mins, or there are buses... Pawel shared with us his local knowledge, and a great guide he put together to help you see new things, and get about during your stay, and just left us to it, to come and go as we pleased. We would highly recommend staying here, as Pawel even added a cool electronic key card to the room handle, so we felt private and secure when staying here...

Pawel was always attentive to everything; the room was very comfortable, and the shared apartment has everything—and more—for cooking if you wish. Everything was very clean and organized, and the apartment is very cozy.
