Staff member Yousif and the person answering the phone were great and cooperative and quick in responding.
The hotel location is central between the Prophet's Mosque, Qiba Mosque, and Almarbad, which are 3 key locations to visit in Almadinah.
The hotel is surrounded by a number of restaurants and the bus station is close by.
Room was as expected, clean and ready as per our requirements.
The frying pan was a bit overused and need to be replaced. The window A/Cs in both rooms were not cooling the whole room properly, the split unit A/C in the living room was excellent.
On/Off button in TV Remote is missing, making us needing to turn TV manually.
Not walking distance from Prophet's Mosque
Neighbors were a bit noisy, could hear them through the thin walls.

"It’s very clean and 100% worth for the money. Plenty of parking available and good restaurants are nearby. It’s little far from Haram but as long as you have a car, it’s not an issue"
