Loved the pool for our boys and the outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing or family meals. The water equipment storage closet was also very thoughtful, with beach chairs and snorkel gear.
Nothing too major that we couldn't sort out ourselves. A few furniture pieces and toys were well loved and needed to be replaced or just removed. Also, the neighbors we had were extremely nice, but I don't recall the listing explicitly stating it is on a multi unit compound. Didn't bother us, but others may like to know the pool is shared but the back yard space is fenced off for your privacy.
