Le Hameau des Bruyères

Everything, it is beautufully designed and very comfortable. The location is stunning; in the middle of the vineyards. The owners were very helpful in terms of arranging visits to local vineyards and a vet for our dog. The swimming pool was welcome during hot weather.and we appreciated the dog friiendliness too.

The only downside was the sign on arrival explaining that we had to thoroughly clean the whole apartment, including mopping the floors, or pay an additional fee. This wasn’t communicated on the Booking.com listing at all. This made us a bit anxious, particularly with a very early start the next morning. Since this isn’t an Airbnb, we assumed that standard cleaning services were already factored into the cost. Asking holiday guests to do a full clean under threat of a charge feels a bit overwhelming and takes away from an otherwise enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would recommend that the owbers review this policy or update their listing on Booking.com to reflect it and to avoid any negative reviews.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux nuits. L’accueil était vraiment chaleureux et la communication très facile, avant et pendant le séjour. L’appartement est très propre, joliment décoré et surtout confortable : on s’y sent rapidement bien. La piscine est vraiment exceptionnelle, très agréable et bien chaude,ce qui est un vrai plaisir. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir le Beaujolais et partir à la découverte des vins locaux. Une très belle adresse où nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pas d'accès au spa l'été à cause de la chaleur pas gênant mais à préciser dans annonce Ménage à faire non indiqué sur Booking. Au regard du prix je suis étonnée

L'environnement est superbe

Le spa était en panne hors nous avons payé une prestation que nous n'avons pas eu. La propriétaire nous à dit dès notre arrivée qu il ne fonctionnait pas mais que cela n était pas bien grave car il nous restait la piscine. Malheureusement c'est son avis et pas le nôtre car aucun geste commercial n'a été fait en compensation.
