Excellent location and outstanding support. We had originally booked a different apartment, but the owner cancelled our reservation at 9 p.m. This apartment was available, and the manager kindly accepted our very late reservation. They were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the check-in process, making a stressful situation much easier for us. We truly appreciated the prompt assistance and excellent service.
The apartment is in an excellent and convenient location; however, it is a serviced apartment primarily intended for migrant workers, which was not made sufficiently clear beforehand. The rental agreement also contains small-print provisions requiring guests to pay additional fees for sheets and towels. These charges were not prominently disclosed and came as an unwelcome surprise. In all my travels, I have never encountered such an arrangement, and it significantly detracted from the overall experience.
