A casa é ótima, bem aconchegante, tudo muito bem organizado e distribuído. Tem dois ventiladores que são bem potentes. A cozinha é bem equipada e o wi-fi funciona de forma bastante estável. Tem até uma rede para colocar na frente e relaxar sem se preocupar. A anfitriã me recebeu super bem, facilitando a retirada e devolução das chaves (ela é um amor de pessoa).
O ventilador era barulhento, mas não culpo a estrutura da casa pq eu que tenho o sono leve e estava muito quente nesses 3 dias que fiquei. O colchão do quarto da frente era um pouquinho mole (sei que eu poderia ter dormido no quarto dos fundos que é bastante silencioso, mas como eu precisava ir para o trabalho, fiquei no da frente mesmo).

Locação muito bem-organizada, com limpeza impecável e equipada com diversos utensílios domésticos. Conta com ventiladores, TV, boas camas e uma área de serviço que supre perfeitamente as necessidades. É uma excelente opção para acomodar até dois casais. A Sra. Ivone me recebeu muito bem — muito educada, atenciosa e simpática. Embora o bairro não tenha uma infraestrutura de comercio, fica localizado perto do centro, então tudo certo.
Nada que desabone o imóvel ou o atendimento.
