We had the 2 bedroom apartment which is large and lovely designed. Everything was just perfect, more than just comfortable and functional. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing to not like

Perfectly situated in the central area of Kalavryta with on-street parking immediately outside the entrance door leading to the First Floor Flat. All facilities were within easy walking distance including a Food Store & brilliant Bakery. You have the choice of multiple Bars & Restaurants between a 2 & 7 minute walk from the property. The interior design & furnishings are very tastefully selected & provide a high standard environment providing for a comfortable & quality experience. Highly recommended to stay here in my opinion.

With a property of such a high standard one has to be super-critical to find anything negative to report on! So lets just say that the two tiniest & easily improved minor issues were limited to the absence of a bottle-opener & the switched automatic lighting which unfortunately was not on for long enough to get from the front door up the stairs to the Flat. This makes the individual irregular height of the top step even more hazardous in the dark!! There's a corkscrew for the Wine drinker, but unusually it has no beer-bottle cap remover integral in the handle of it ? The lighting can easily be reprogrammed to stay on for 30 seconds longer! Regarding the top-step... it's impossible to remedy without major structural work & must therefore be seen as a quirk in a building of this age?

We arrived with additional child that we didn't anticipate will come with us and the host was accommodating with the beds and extra towels. Apartment was clean except for the ants in the kitchen.

The sofas open for a bed but were very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no soap or shower gel when we arrived. We managed to mention about soap and were supplied with hand soap by the person sent by the host, but no shower gel and only 4 tiny shampoo bottles for 7 people. WIFI was spotty. The streaming channels like Netflix that were already setup on the TV were buffering frequently. The kitchen had ants that we constantly had to battle despite cleaning and washing all surfaces. The kitchen didn't have basic things like cloth or paper towels.
