StayCozy Studio Apartments in Croydon

No meals included, self catering accommodation only with adequate kitchen equipment and appliances. Peter on reception was very helpful in sorting out a lower level room and advising on getting a change of linen and towels via Booking.com during our 2 week stay. It is located a few minutes walk from the main line railway station with very frequent and fast trains to central London and Gatwick. Plenty of convenient public transport for local travel, shops, cafes etc.

I think the advert could be clearer about requesting cleaning/change of towels and bed linen in advance especially for visits of more than a night or two. It is a very tall building and requests for a low level room if needed need to be made in advance and confirmation given by host that one is available. This would be important for elderly or less mobile guests who may not cope with lots of stairs if the lifts were off or in an emergency or just do not like heights.

Very beautiful property close to the East Croydon station for easy access to transport.

A fan would have been nice to have.

Basically it’s a hotel and you need a a are to access the lift and everytging, as we are on the summer now, the apartment was very warm and to much sim light coming inside, no fan
