Condado Serenity by the Sea

Close to the beach...restaurants.

We had a hard time finding it, even our Uber driver did. Recommend noting a marker like "next door to" or across the street from"

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very centrally located right beside the beach and right downtown in condado with with a lot of restaurants pharmacies and main attractions nearby. It was just a five minute drive to the old San Juan. The unit was very spacious clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The location was good, many stores and restaurants around the area.

A construction company was rebuilding a facility very close to the apartment and it was too noisy from 7am to 5pm.

Excellent location for: 1 block from the free beaches; 1 block from the Tryst Bar & Grill overlooking the beach, great views and food!; 10 min Uber from SJU Airport, 15 min from Old San Juan historic forts; short available tours to El Yunque Nat'l Rainforest; Great location for Ashford Ave restaurants, shops, groceries, pharmacy, cafes, Starbucks, Walgreens. Our unit's kitchenette was greatly appreciated for saving eating out meal expenses, there was plenty of hot water, the heat pump style air conditioners worked well. We had a lot of room for privacy and to move around. TV's, WiFi, and cell phones worked satisfactorily.

Our 4th floor unit fronted to Ashford Ave at Vending St., which is extremely noisy on Friday and Saturday nights from traffic, car horns, obnoxious loud speaker stereo systems, disrespectful motorcyclists, night road racers pursued by chasing police with sirens, until 2 am! (other nights were better). No significant views because of high rise condos all around. Unit 402 lacked many expected furnishings such as: drapes did not completely cover the street side windows allowing light and noise infiltration; washer/dryer inoperable, ice maker inoperable; no anti-slip mat in bathtub; 2 light bulbs burned out; bathroom towel racks insufficient for 4 or more guests; no plug for the kitchen sink to wash dishes; elevator "down" buttons inoperable for front and rear elevators. Instructions to find our entry keys were incorrect necessitating several phone calls to locate them, but the evening "help" contacts were responsive to figure it out.
